Why am I not receiving my account registration?

Do we ship outside of Canada?
No unfortunately we only ship within Canada.

How Long does it normally take to receive your order?
All orders received before 12 PM PST will be processed the same day. Regular shipping will take about 2 days after processing has completed to be received.

Where are all the products grown?
Products are grown locally in BC.

Q: How will my package be shipped?
We package all orders in a food grade pouch. Depending on the weight of the order, smaller orders will be shipped in a shipping pouch. Bigger orders will be shipped in a box. The outside will not have any logos or pictures, the only thing on the outside will be the mailing sticker.

Q: How can I keep my greens fresh?
Keep your greens in a dry cool place to help keep them fresh. We also recommend getting a pack of boveda to store with your greens.

Q: Are any taxes?
Yes, GST and PST is already included in our prices.

Q: Do you provide refunds?
We do not provide refunds.

Q: I sent my e-transfer, why is my order still on hold?
Our systems move your order into processing once your e-transfer has been accepted. This may take up to 4 hours. If your order remains on hold for longer than 12 hours. It is because we did not receive your e-transfer, or you did not follow the steps correctly. Please check your inbox for further instructions, 

Q: How do I cancel my orders if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to request the cancellation of the order. We will try our best to cancel the order, once you have received an email from us you can go ahead and make a new order. If your order has already been shipped, it’s too late for us to cancel the order.
